These are gross annual earnings, i.e. without deductions such as taxes or social security contributions. 1. Difference in earnings between a bachelor's and a master's in systems engineering
Your salary as a systems engineer with a bachelor's degree averages €38,900 gross per year –with a master's degree it is about 4,300 euros more. In any case, your starting salary is higher than in the case of an internship: with this starter program, your employer first invests in your onboarding, for example through targeted training or mentoring on and off the job.

That's because cloud computing is in fashion: many companies are still working on sustainable cloud solutions and building IT infrastructure for it - specialists who deal with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or know Google.

As a system engineer forChances are you work for a large company, for example, in a technology and electronics group or in a financial services company. There you earn between €46,600 and €55,700.
It is a little less for medium-sized companies,they pay you as a systems engineer: salary between 38,700 and 46,200 euros. If you choose a job in a start-up, you will find yourself in an innovative and exciting environment where you can learn a lot and design yourself - but you will give up high salaries: there you can work from € 38,700 to € 46,200 per year, calculate.
